About Us
We are a multinational full-service sports and entertainment agency, building brands, working with rights holders and creating live experiences for sports leagues and clubs. We can extend licensing rights across all platforms and negotiate financially effective content plans to meet our client’s goals.
We have strong relationships and ongoing deals with regional and local content owners to build an extensive sports content library. Through our OTT content distribution network, we are able to on sell and distribute content to a global market, either via a B-2-B white-labelled service or direct B-2-C distribution using the content rights owners own branding.

DR. CHRISTIAN KRUSE
EGON HABICHER
Focusing on management services in the financial field (CFO services) as well as advising wealthy individuals and institutions with regard to structuring, coordination, monitoring of complex estates (family office services). In 2011 he founded with partners a sports finance boutique.
Egon has played a managing role for more than ten years in the set up and development of several multi family offices, overseeing their entire administration, client advisory, asset consolidation and portfolio management. Before that, he was the managing director of a major private single family office and a board member of a charitable foundation and has an eight year track record in the assurance/auditing field at KPMG (Germany and Russia), an international accounting firm. Egon has a well founded knowledge of accounting and finance as well as wealth management. Egon has an apprenticeship as a banker at Merck, Finck Co Munich, holds an International Wealth Management Executive MBA and was a Certified Financial Planner CFP ( Bern).
DR. CHRISTIAN KRUSE
Started his career at the ETH Zurich and University of Zurich focusing his research on the Swiss Financial Centre and IPOS’s in Switzerland. He was managing a small private family office before he joined Morgan Stanley with a focus on HNWI of which many were in the field of technology, sports, film and music. After leaving Morgan Stanley he established his own entrepreneurial career continuing his work in the field of finance and business development in technology, sport, film and music.
He also served as a senior researcher at the Swiss Banking Institute of the University of Zurich. In 2007 Christian and his partners founded the University Swiss Design Institute for Finance and Banking in Zurich, which specializes in the development of high tech communication tools for banks and financial institutions. Christian graduated from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) and holds a PhD in science (economics).
JONATHAN MORLEY
After a brief career in Sport, Jonathan has worked in several key markets Firstly, he entered the wealth management industry in the late 1980 ’s and has continued in this sector for over thirty years. He has worked as a Board Director for some of the largest advisory businesses in Europe. He has structured many major deals with significant clientele in both the corporate and private client sectors. Much of his work has been focused on collaborating with firms in the ‘ market, including Accountants, Lawyers and Banks. Jonathan has also worked with some very high profile brands and corporate organisations with client bases in the millions.
Jonathan helps clients build alternative income streams and service lines. Jonathan has worked for many large financial institutions, including a leading Bank/Private Bank, a top 20 accountancy firm and his work includes representing (at senior level) three businesses with over 1 bn turnover annually For over a decade now, Jonathan has worked extensively with Family Offices and UHNW clients across the World. Running his own business, he has operated as the “ to a number of large transactions These deals have focused on areas of interest to high wealth clients. His focus has primarily been on M&A and Private Equity largely in the Gambling, Sports, Technology and wealth sectors. His clients come across the entire World, primarily from the USA and key Asian markets Japan, China and South Korea. He also works heavily with Governments of the World on sizeable financial transactions.
